This is a Floor to Ceiling tree that is set for an 8 foot ceiling, pretty standard height in most houses. It has spring loaded tension at the top for maximum sturdiness. The ceiling height can be changed slightly by adjusting the length of the dowel at the top. This unit includes a 14 x12" base, heavy duty legs, a housing unit that is 12" high with a 13" inside diameter and two shelves that are 12 x 12". Carpeted ceiling block at the top keeps your ceiling from getting scuffed up. A shorter or taller tree may also be made as a special order by contacting us.
